Adding a Block Message
You can add a new block message for your library.
To add a new block message:

Click
the Add New button.
- The Edit Message dialog displays.
Up to 10 block messages can be defined for your library. Once 10 messages have been defined, the Add New button is disabled. You must delete an existing message in order to add a new message (see Deleting a Block Message for details).
- Enter the text for the block message in the Message text box.
- Message text can be a maximum of 128 characters, including spaces.
- Select the Block Type radio button for the block type with which the block message will be associated; Soft or Hard.
- Click Save to save the block message. (If you do not wish to save
the block message, click Close to close the Edit Message dialog and
discard the block message.)
- The Edit Message dialog closes, and the message “System block messages saved successfully” shows briefly at the top of the screen.
- The System Block Messages screen refreshes to display your changes.
- Repeat steps 1 through 4 to add additional block messages.
