Chapter 7. FINES AND FEES
Printing Fine/Fee Transaction Receipts
When you submit a fine/fee transaction, you can print a copy of the receipt for the patron.
If your library has enabled duplicate receipt functionality, two receipts are printed for fines/fees payment transactions; one receipt for the patron and one receipt for retention by your library.
To print a fine/fee transaction receipt:
If your library has not enabled receipt functionality, you cannot print a receipt for the fines/fees transaction.
- If your library has enabled “automatic” receipt printing:
- A transaction receipt for all transactions made during the current session displays in an additional browser window or tab when you submit the fines/fees transaction, and a standard print dialog displays.
- If your library has enabled “on demand” receipt printing:
- After you submit the fines/fees transaction, click the Receipt button on the Fines History screen. A transaction receipt for all transactions made during the current session displays in an additional browser window or tab, and a standard print dialog displays.
- Make the desired selections on the Print dialog, then click the OK button to print the receipt. (Click the Cancel button to cancel the print request.)
- Close the transaction receipt window.
