Viewing All Checkin Issues

The View All Checkin function lets you view a list of all subscriptions for your library. Additionally, you can access the Serials Checkin screen for any subscription in the list.

To view all checkin issues:

From the Serials menu, select View All Checkin.
- The View All Checkin screen displays. The screen shows an alphabetical list of all subscriptions for your library.

Each line in the listing shows the Title of the subscription, the ISSN number, and the number of current Checkin Issues for the subscription (the number of outstanding issues that should have been received by the current date).

Use the Prev and Next links to scroll backward and forward through the list.
Click the Checkin link for a selected subscription to display the Serials Checkin screen for the subscription.
