Adding a CLCD Grade Qualifier

NOTE: The CLCD Grade qualifier is shown only if your library subscribes to Children’s Literature Comprehensive Database service.

1. Click the Expand Qualifier icon for the CLCD Grade qualifier to expand the qualifier options.

• The CLCD Grade list shows a series of grades for which titles are available.

2. Select the checkbox(es) next to the grade(s) by which you wish to qualify your search.

   NOTE: You may select one or more grades as qualifiers.

   • A checkmark indicates the associated grade is selected as a qualifier.
   • An empty checkbox indicates the associated grade is not selected as a qualifier.
   • Clicking a checkbox repeatedly will toggle it on and off.
     • The Search (####) Records button refreshes to display the number of titles that will be returned by your qualified search.
3. When all desired grades have been selected, click the Collapse Qualifier icon for the CLCD Grade qualifier to collapse the qualifier options.
