Chapter 4. VIEWING SEARCH RESULTS
Emailing a List (Guest)
You can email a list created as a guest to yourself or another party.
To email a list:
- With the List Items panel displayed (see
Adding Records to a List (Guest)
for details), click the Email List button.
- The Send Email panel displays.
- By default, the system enters the name of your library in the From text
box.
NOTE: The From field is “read-only” and cannot be changed.
- Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) to whom you wish to send
the list in the To text box.
NOTE: The To field is required.
NOTE: When entering multiple email addresses in the To text box, separate email addresses with commas and no spaces.
- Enter a subject line for your email in the Subject text box.
- The Body text box contains bibliographic data from record(s) in the
list.
NOTE: The Body field is “read-only” and cannot be changed.
- Click the Send button to send the email.
- The confirmation message “Success” shows briefly at the top of the screen.
- Click outside the Send Email panel to return to the Brief Browse List.
