Optional Features

VERSO is modular in design, and offers libraries a high degree of flexibility in configuring the system to suit the specific needs of their patrons and staff members. The "basic" VERSO search module can be enhanced by adding staff-level functionality to support User Administration and user authentication, PAC Administration, Cataloging, Statistics, Union Database Management, Splash Page Administration, Circulation Administration, Administration of Serials and Acquisitions and/or ILL Administration. Additionally, a number of optional features and functions are available within each VERSO module.

This manual provides instructions covering all features and functions available through VERSO Search. Depending on the specific configuration of VERSO for your library, some features and functions may not be available to you.
