Chapter 4. VIEWING SEARCH RESULTS
Viewing Locations and Shelf Status Information
Full Record Displays accessed from Auto-Graphics' databases or from other “trading partner” libraries include Location Information (a list of libraries that have a copy of the title) in the Where To Find section.
NOTE: If an item in your search results retrieved from your library’s catalog is currently stored on a “shelving cart” before being returned to its permanent location, the Status of the item is appended with a notation such as “On Shelving Cart.”
NOTE: Location and shelf status information for the first five holdings (alphabetically by library name) for a title can also be accessed from Brief Browse Lists by clicking the Show Locations link for the desired title.
NOTE: Location information content is system-specific and may differ from that shown.
To view Locations information:
- The Where To Find section shows all libraries holding a copy of the title. Each entry in the list shows the library name (Location), and provides additional information for the holding, such as the Call Number for the item, and the current shelf Status of the item (Available, Checked Out, Patron Lost, Electronic Resource, etc.).
- The Location Information list shows all libraries holding a copy of the title.
