Printing a Full Record

You can print a copy of the currently displayed Full Record Display.

To print a Full Record Display:

  1. Use Quick Search or Advanced Search to access the Full Record Display you wish to print.
  2. Click the Print This Item link.
    • A formatted version of the Full Record Display opens in an additional browser window, and a standard Print dialog displays.
  3. Make the appropriate selection on the Print dialog, then click the OK or Print button, as applicable. (Click the Cancel button to cancel the print request.)
