Installing the AGCat Client

NOTE: Close all Windows programs before installing the AGCat Cataloging Client.

To install the AGCat Client:

1. Double-click the AGCATINSTALL.EXE icon to launch the InstallShield Wizard.
   • A status dialog displays while the InstallShield Wizard loads. The InstallShield "Welcome" dialog displays when loading is complete.

2. Click the Next button on the InstallShield Wizard "Welcome" dialog to continue.
   • The Choose Destination Location dialog displays. By default, the application is installed in the C:\Program Files\Auto Graphics directory.

3. If desired, click the Change button on the Choose Destination Location dialog to select a different destination location.
   • A standard Windows Choose Folder dialog displays. Locate and select the directory into which you wish to install the AGCat Client, the click the OK button to return to the Choose Destination Location dialog.
4. Click the Next button to continue.
   • The Ready to Install the Program dialog displays.

5. Click the Install button to continue.
   • If you wish to review or change your installation settings, click the Back button as necessary.
6. A status dialog displays while the utility is being installed. When the installation is complete, the InstallShield Wizard Complete dialog displays. Click the Finish button to close the InstallShield Wizard.
