Shortcut Menus

You can use "shortcut" menus to access certain menu commands without moving to the menu bar. The available commands change depending on whether the "shortcut" menu is displayed from the "application window" or from an "active record window", and on the specific actions you are performing.

To open a shortcut menu:

1. Position the cursor in the "application window" or on an "active record window".
2. Click the right-hand mouse button.
   • A popup menu displays a list of available commands.
3. Select the desired command from the menu and click the left-hand mouse button.
