Adding a Branch Distribution List
You can add a new Branch Distribution List for items received through the Acquisitions module.
To add a new Branch Distribution List:

Click the Add New Branch Distribution List link on the Branch Distribution
Lists screen.
- The New Branch Distribution List screen displays.
- Enter the desired name for the list in the Enter New Branch
Distribution List Name text box, then click the Submit button to
save the list to your library’s database.
NOTE: You may wish to include the number of copies in the list as part of the List Name (“Best Sellers - 24” for example) to serve as a reminder during ordering.
Once a Branch Distribution List has been created, you can add branches and locations to the list (see Adding Branches to a Distribution List for details).
