Branch Distribution Lists

The Branch Distribution Lists function lets you create and maintain distribution lists for received items. Distribution lists are selectively associated with items during the ordering process (see Chapter 5, Ordering for details).

To access Branch Distribution Lists:

• From the Acquisitions menu, select File Maintenance - Branch Distribution Lists.
  • The Branch Distribution Lists screen displays.

• The screen shows a listing of all currently defined branch distribution lists.
