Chapter 3. SETTING FEES
Adding a Fee
You can add a new "fee for services" to the fee schedule for your library.
To add a fee:
- From the Fee Setup screen, click the Add New Fee button.
- The Add Fee screen displays in an additional browser window.
- Enter a name for the fee in the Fee Name text box.
NOTE: The Fee Name cannot exceed 40 characters (including spaces).
- Enter the fee amount in the Amount text box.

may enter the Amount in whole dollars (i.e., "5") or in dollars and
cents (i.e., "5.95").
NOTE: For fees of less than one dollar, it is not necessary to include the leading zero. You must include the decimal point (i.e., ".10")

may enter the Amount in whole dollars (i.e., "5") or in dollars and
cents (i.e., "5.95").
- Click the Submit button on the Add Fee screen to submit the new fee.
(Click the Close button to close the Add Fee screen without adding the new fee.)
- The Add Fee screen closes automatically, and the Fee Setup screen refreshes to display the new fee.
