Modifying Fees
You can change the name of a fee, the fee amount or the ledger with which the fee is associated for any existing fee in your library's fee schedule.
NOTE: You CANNOT use the Fee Setup function to change the fee amount for any System Based Fee.
To modify a fee:

On the Fee Setup screen, click the Fee Name of the fee you wish to modify.
- The Edit Fee screen for the selected fee displays in an additional browser window.
- The Edit Fee screen is pre-filled with the current values for the associated fee.
- Enter the new name for the fee in the Fee Name text box.
NOTE: The Fee Name cannot exceed 40 characters (including spaces).
- Enter a new amount for the fee in the Amount text box.
- You may enter the Amount in whole dollars (i.e., "5") or in
dollars and cents (i.e., "5.95").
NOTE: For fees of less than one dollar, it is not necessary to include the leading zero. You must include the decimal point (i.e., ".10")
- You may enter the Amount in whole dollars (i.e., "5") or in
dollars and cents (i.e., "5.95").
- Click the Submit button on the Edit Fee screen to submit your changes.
(Click the Close button to close the Edit Fee screen without saving your
changes.)
- The Edit Fee screen closes automatically, and the Fee Setup screen refreshes to show your changes to the fee schedule.
