Chapter 1. INTRODUCTION
Printing Barcode Shortcuts
You can print a list of barcode “shortcuts” for frequently accessed circulation activities. When in the Circulation module (see the Circulation User Guide for more information), scanning a barcode “shortcut” automatically opens the associated feature or function.
To print barcode shortcuts:

From
the Circ Admin menu, select Print Barcode Shortcut Report.
- The Print Barcode Shortcuts screen displays.
- Use the checkboxes to select the features/functions for which you wish to
print barcode shortcuts.
- A checkmark
indicates a
barcode shortcut for the associated feature/function will be printed. - An empty checkbox
indicates a
barcode shortcut for the associated feature/function will not be printed.
- Clicking the checkbox repeatedly will toggle it on and off.
- Click the Check/Uncheck All link to select or de-select checkboxes for all listed features/functions.
- A checkmark
- When all desired features/functions have been selected, click the
Submit button.
- A formatted barcode “shortcut” list displays in an additional browser window.
- Use the standard procedures for your web browser to print the barcode “shortcut” list.
