Viewing the Results Report

The TALKINGtech Results Report lets you view activity reports for messages sent to patrons using the TALKINGtech functionality.

To view the results report:

  1. From the Circ Admin menu, select TalkingTech Admin – Results Report.
    • The Talking Tech Message Activity Report screen displays.

  1. Use the Month to Report menus to select the month and year for which you wish to view activity statistics.
    • The screen refreshes to display activity statistics for the selected period.
  2. Each line in the report provides the following information.
    • The Date and time at which messages were sent.
    • The number of Notices Sent on the associated Date.
    • The number of messages that were successfully transmitted to patrons (Success Received)
    • The number of messages that were not successfully transmitted to patrons (Failure Received)
