Switching Between Home Locations
Your user account may be associated with one or more Home Locations (see the User Administration User Guide for more information). You use the same login credentials (Username and Password) to login to each location.
When your account is associated with multiple Home Locations, one location is designated as the default location. This location is selected automatically each time you log into the system. The Circulation module includes a Home Locations menu that lets you switch between home locations without exiting and logging back into the system.
To switch between Home Locations:

Click
the Home Locations menu on any screen in the Circulation module.
- The menu expands to display all home locations available to your user account.

- Select the desired location from the Home Locations menu.
- A confirmation dialog displays the message “You are changing your home location from (current home location) to (selected home location).”
- Click the Confirm button on the confirmation dialog to switch to the selected home location. (Click the Cancel button to cancel switching to the selected location and retain the current home location.)
NOTE: Once you switch your Home Location, the new location remains active for the duration of your current login, or until subsequently changed during your current login.
