CIRCULATION REPORTS
Chapter 1. INTRODUCTION
Organization of the User Guide
This User Guide is designed to provide an overview of the features and functions of VERSO Circulation Reports, and includes the detailed procedures for generating, viewing and downloading statistical reports related to your library’s circulation activities. The User Guide is divided into six chapters, as follows:
Chapter 1 – Introduction. This chapter provides an overview of the features and functions available through Circulation Reports, and of the scope and contents of the User Guide.
Chapter 2 – Patron Reports. This chapter lists reports related to patron activities for your library, describes user-selectable parameters for each report, and describes the data provided in each report.
Chapter 3 – Item Reports. This chapter lists reports related to item activities for your library, describes user-selectable parameters for each report, and describes the data provided in each report.
Chapter 4 – Fines/Fees Reports. This chapter lists reports related to fine and fee activities for your library, describes user-selectable parameters for each report, and describes the data provided in each report.
Chapter 5 - Optional Reports. This chapter lists optional reports, describes user-selectable parameters for each report, and describes the data provided in each report.
Chapter 6 – Report Writer. This chapter provides the procedures for creating and managing customized User, Bibliographic and Item reports using the Report Writer.
Chapter 7 – Viewing Reports. This chapter provides the procedures to view, print, download and delete reports generated using the Circulation Reports module.
