Printing and Saving the Claims List

Once the claims extract list has been reviewed, and any desired claims have been deleted from the list, you can print a copy of the list for use in claiming missing or damaged issues. You can also save a copy of the claims list to your local workstation.

To print the claims list:

  1. From the Review Serials Claims screen (see Reviewing Claims for details), click the Print button.
    • A standard Windows Print dialog displays.
  2. Make the appropriate selection on the Print dialog, then click the OK or Print button, as applicable. (Click the Cancel button to cancel the print request.)

To save the claims list:

  1. From the Review Serials Claims screen (see Reviewing Claims for details), click the Save button.
    • A Save As dialog displays.
  2. Use the standard procedures for your web browser to save the file to your workstation.
