Chapter 4. WORKING WITH PAGES AND WIDGETS

Feed Back

The Feed Back component lets you create a form through which library patrons can supply feedback (questions, comments, suggestions, etc.) to your library. You can specify the title and body text for Feed Back components. You can specify one or more email addresses to which feedback will be sent, and selectively include a “reply” option for responding to feedback.

To add a new Feed Back component:

  1. On the Page Settings screen for the desired page (see Creating and Editing Pages for more information), select Feed Back from the Select Component menu for the desired page block.
    • The Feedback Component page displays.
