Chapter 6. FOR AUTHENTICATED USERS
Viewing Lost Items
You can view a list of items registered as “lost” or “claimed returned” against your account.
To view “lost” items:

Select
Your Items – Lost Items from the Your Account menu (see
Using Your Account for details).
- The Lost Items screen displays. The total number of items registered as “lost” or “claimed returned” against your account is shown at the top of the screen.
Lost Items Screen
- The Lost Items screen shows a listing of all items currently registered as “lost” or “claimed returned” against your account. Each entry in the list shows the Title, Author and Call Number for the item; the date on which the item was declared “lost” (Lost Date) and the amount of any Fee associated with the item.
- The Status field shows the current status for the items; either Patron Lost or In Claimed Returned.
- If desired, use the Sort menu to re-sort the list by Author,
Title, Status or Date Lost.
NOTE: The default sort order for the Lost Items screen is Author.
- To exit the Lost Items screen, select another option from the Your
Account menu, or, click the
Home button
in the screen header to return to your library’s “Home”
page.
