Viewing Checkout History
You can view a list of items you have previously checked out.
NOTE: Checkout History is shown only if your library has enabled the “Show previously checked out items” feature, and you have selected the Activate History option (see Enabling/Disabling Checkout History for details).
To view checkout history:

Select
Your Items – Checkout History from the Your Account menu (see
Using Your Account
for details).
- The Checkout History screen displays. The screen initially shows a listing of all items checked out to your account for the current calendar year, listed in alphabetic order by title.

- Each entry in the list includes a book jacket and shows the Title, Author, ISBN(s), Barcode and Call Number for the item; the date and time at which the item was initially checked out (Checkout Date).
NOTE: If you have not enabled Checkout History, the screen shows the message “Your check out history is currently inactive.” If desired, click the Activate History button to enable Checkout History for your account (see Enabling/Disabling Checkout History for details).
- In cases where more than 40 items are included in your Checkout History, use the <Previous, Next> and “page number” links to view other pages of the list.
- To view Checkout History for other years, select the desired year from the
Select Year menu.
NOTE: You can view Checkout History for the current calendar year or any of the four prior calendar years.
- To re-sort Checkout History, select the desired sort order from the Sort By menu; title, author, checkout date or call number.
- If desired, you can download or print a copy of the currently displayed Checkout History (see Downloading and Printing Checkout History for details).
- If desired, click the Deactivate History button to disable Checkout History for your account (see Enabling/Disabling Checkout History for details).
- To exit the Checkout History screen, select another option from the
Your Account menu, or, click the
Home button
in the screen header to return to your library’s “Home”
page.
