Chapter 2. APPLICATION BASICS
View Menu
Use the View menu to display or hide selected components of the AGCat Application Window and to refresh active records. View menu commands are listed and described in the following table.

ALT+V L | Displays the contents of the active record with each field and subfield appearing as separate line items. |

Normal |
ALT+V N |
Displays the contents of the active record in continuous flow. Each field begins on a new line, but elements within the field are wrapped and do not appear on individual lines. |

MARC Tag Labels |
ALT+V B |
Displays the MARC Tag Label immediately following the MARC Tag number. |

Upload Permission |
ALT+V P |
Displays a dialog listing your specific permission for uploading bibliographic and/or holdings changes to your library’s union database (see About Cataloging Permissions for details). |

Toolbar |
ALT+V T |
Displays/hides the AGCat Toolbar. |

Status Bar |
ALT+V S |
Displays/hides the AGCat Status Bar. |

Refresh |
ALT+V H or F5 |
Refreshes the display. |
