Downloading Multiple Records

You may save multiple records to the Download Cart for your user account and simultaneously download the records in a single file. The Download Cart used for your account is established through the Your Preferences function available through the Your Account feature (see the Search User Guide for details).

Records may be added to the Download Cart from Full Record Displays. Additionally, records added to the cart may be subsequently removed from the cart if you determine you no longer wish to download the record(s) (see Managing the Download Cart for details).

NOTE: Additionally, you can use the Your List feature to download multiple records simultaneously (see the Search User Guide for more information).

To add a record to the Download Cart:

  1. Access the Full Record Display for the record you wish to download. (Refer to the Search User Guide for details.)
  2. Select Add to Download Cart from the Staff Functions menu (see The Staff Functions Menu for details).
    • The message “Item added to download cart” displays briefly at the top of the screen.
  3. Perform additional searches, as desired, to add additional records to the Download Cart.
