Downloading Reports and Records
To download reports / records:
If you selected PDF from the Select Format menu during report setup:
- A “results” screen displays listing the reports available for download.
- In cases where no data exists for a selected report, the message “No (report type) exists for (report period)” displays.
- If your browser is configured for automatic download:
- The file for each report requested is downloaded automatically to the default download directory specified for your browser.
- If your browser is not configured for automatic download:
- A standard Save As dialog displays for each report requested, with a default name for the download file entered in the File name text box.
- If desired, edit the File name. BE SURE to retain the .pdf extension.
- Use the standard procedures for your web browser to download the file.
- Repeat for the remaining files as necessary.
If you selected EXCEL from the Select Format menu during report setup:
NOTE: When multiple reports are run simultaneously, a single file is generated with a separate tab for each report requested.
- A “results” screen displays listing the reports available for download.
- In cases where no data exists for a selected report, the message “No (report type) exists for (report period)” displays.
- If your browser is configured for automatic download:
- The file is downloaded automatically to the default download directory specified for your browser.
- If your browser is not configured for automatic download:
- A standard Save As dialog displays, with a default name for the download file entered in the File name text box.
- If desired, edit the File name. BE SURE to retain the .xlsx extension.
- Use the standard procedures for your web browser to download the file.
If you selected CSV from the Select Format menu during report setup:
- A “results” screen displays listing the reports available for download.
- In cases where no data exists for a selected report, the message “No Download (report type) exists for (report period)” displays
- Click the Download Data button for the report you wish to download.
- If your browser is configured for automatic download:
The file is downloaded automatically to the default download directory specified for your browser.
- If your browser is not configured for automatic download:
A standard Save As dialog displays, with a default name for the download file entered in the File name text box.
If desired, edit the File name. BE SURE to retain the .csv extension.
Use the standard procedures for your web browser to download the file.
- If your browser is configured for automatic download:
- Repeat for the remaining file as necessary.
