Chapter 2. REPORTS
Reports - Overview
The Reports function lets you generate, view, and save analytical reports intended to provide insight into various library operational parameters. The specific reports available to you are determined by the User Types to which you are assigned (see the User Administration User Guide for details). You must be assigned to one or more of the following User Types to access the Reports function:
- Customer SuperUser
- Library SuperUser
- Reports Staff
- User Administrator
- Statistics
- ILL Staff
The following reports are available through the Reports function:
- Favorites – contains a list of reports you have designated as “favorite” reports (see Managing Favorite Reports for details)
- ILL Statistics – lets you view analytical reports related to your
library’s interlibrary loan activities. The following reports are available:
- Borrowing Statistics – provides statistics on the borrowing request activities for the selected library.
- Fill Rate Statistics – provides the fill rate percentage for processed requests created within the selected date range.
- Filled Borrowing Requests – provides data on the number of borrowing requests fulfilled by responding lenders within the selected date range.
- Lender Response Requests – provides information on the number of lending responses filled based on the borrowing libraries within the selected date range.
- Lending Statistics – provides statistics on the lending request activities for the selected library.
- Net Activity – provides a statistical breakdown of lending and borrowing requests that have been processed during the selected period.
- Top Requested Titles – lists the top requested titles from within the selected date range.
