Branch Distribution List
Purpose: Generates a detailed listing of all Branch Distribution Lists, or a single selected Branch Distribution List.
Default Filename:
ACQ_BRANCHDISTLIST_(date)_(ID number).xls
Report Parameters:
Branch Distribution List Data Entry Screen
- Branch Distribution List (drop-down menu) – determines the content
of the report; select All to include all Branch Distribution
Lists, or select a single specific list.
NOTE: The Branch Distribution List menu lists all Branch Distribution Lists defined for your library (see Branch Distribution Lists for details).

The name of the report, the RUN DATE, and a summary of report parameters are shown at the top of the report. The Branch Distribution List report provides the following information:
Branch Distribution List Report
- The name of the Branch Distribution List (Branch List Name)
- The Branch (Library Profile) and Location for which the list was prepared
- The Number of copies allocated the list
- The Fund with which the list is associated
- Any Notes entered when the list was created
