Foreign Currency Maintenance

The Foreign Currency Maintenance function lets you maintain the exchange rates for foreign currency for purchases made from suppliers outside the United States.

To access Foreign Currency Maintenance:

From the Acquisitions menu, select File Maintenance - Foreign Currency Maintenance.
- The Currency Exchange Rates screen displays.

The screen lists all currencies for which exchange rates have been specified, and shows the currently specified Exchange Rate for the Currency, and the date and time at which the exchange rate was Last Modified.

You can add a new currency exchange rate or edit an existing currency exchange rate (see Adding and Editing Currency Exchange Rates for details).
