Customer Status Management

You can set the Public Display Name and OPAC Color Display for standard exceptions for your library or consortium.

To manage customer status settings:

1. From the Circ Admin menu, select Circulation Parameters – Customer Status Management.
   • The Customer Status Management screen displays.
   • The Customer Status management screen shows a list of Standard Exceptions for your library, along with the Public Display label and OPAC Color Display for each exception.
2. To edit a standard exception:
   • If desired, enter a new public display label for the exception in the appropriate Public Display text box.
   • If desired, select a new display color for the exception from the appropriate OPAC Color Display menu.
3. When all desired exceptions have been edited, click the Submit button to save your changes. Click the Close button to close the Customer Status Management screen and return to the Circulation Administration “Welcome” screen.
