Defining Pickup Locations

The Define Pickup Locations function allows pickup locations to be specified for your VERSO system. Once defined, Pickup Locations may be selectively added to each reserve placed for a patron through the Circulation module or placed by a patron through the Search interface.

To access Pickup Locations:

• From the Circ Admin menu, select Define Pickup Locations.
  • The Define Library Reserve Pickup Locations screen displays.
  • The Define Library Reserve Pickup Locations screen shows the display sequence (Seq), Name, Home Location and Email Options for all currently defined pickup locations.
• If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter table content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
• From Define Library Reserve Pickup Locations screen, you may:
  • Set the display sequence for Pickup Locations (see Setting the Pickup Location Display Sequence for details)
  • Add a new Pickup Location (see Adding a Pickup Location for details)
  • Modify an existing Pickup Location (see Editing Pickup Locations for details)
  • Delete an existing Pickup Location (see Deleting Pickup Locations for details)
