Chapter 7. SETTING CIRCULATION PARAMETERS
Viewing Item Exception Statistics
Item Exception Statistics show the number of items in your library’s collection associated with each item exception. You can also view a list of items associated with each exception.
To view Item Exception Statistics:

On the User Defined Exceptions screen (see
Item Status Management for details), click the
Stats button.
- The Item Exception Statistics screen displays in an additional browser window.
- The screen shows a list of all item exceptions defined for your library. Each line in the list shows a sequence (Seq) number, the Exception name, and the Number of items associated with the exception.
- If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter table content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
- If desired, you may:
- View a list of items associated with an item Exception (see Viewing Item Exception Listings for details)
- Print a copy of User Defined Exceptions (see Printing Circulation Parameters for details)
- Save a copy of User Defined Exceptions to your local workstation (see Saving Circulation Parameters for details)
- Email a copy of User Defined Exceptions to yourself or another staff member (see Emailing Circulation Parameters for details)
