Chapter 6. WORKING WITH RESERVES
View All Reserves
The View All Reserves function lets you view a list of all titles for which reserves are currently placed. From this list you may choose to view a list of all patrons with reserves placed against a selected title.
To view reserves for all titles:

From the Circulation menu (see
The Circulation Menu for
details), select Reserves - All Reserves.
- The View All Reserves screen displays.
- The View All Reserves screen shows a listing, in alphabetic order, of all titles for which reserves have been placed. Each line in the listing includes the Title, Call Number and Author of the associated title.
- The number of currently active reserves for each title (title-level reserves / item level reserves) is shown following the View Reserves link for the title.
- To view a specific page of the list, select the desired page number from the Page menu. Use the Previous Page button and Next Page button to scroll the list one page at a time. Use the First Page button and Last Page button to scroll to the first of last page of the list. Select the number of libraries to display per page from the drop-down menu; 25, 50, 100 or 250.
- If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter list content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
- To view reserves for a single, selected location, select the library
location for which you wish to view reserves from the Filter by menu.
- Select All Libraries from the Filter by menu to view reserves for all locations.
- Click the View Reserves link for a title to display the View Reserves screen for the title (see The View Reserves Screen for details).
