Viewing Patrons with Suspended Reserves

You can view a listing of all patrons with suspended reserves.

To view the suspended reserves list:

• From the Circulation menu (see The Circulation Menu for details), select Reserves - View Patrons with Suspended Reserves.
  • The View Suspended Reserves screen displays. The screen shows a listing of all suspended reserves.

• Each line in the listing shows the Title, Call Number, and Author of the reserved item, the date on which the suspension will be removed (Suspended Until), and the Patron Name and Patron Barcode of the patron holding the reserve.
• If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter list content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).

• If you wish to adjust the suspension date or remove the suspension for a given patron, click a Patron Barcode link to open the Patron Checkout, Status & Reserves screen for the patron (see Suspending Reserves for details).
