Viewing Reserves by Pickup Location

The Reserves by Pickup Location function lets you view a listing of all items currently "Reserved for Checkout" for a specified pickup location.

To view reserves by pickup location:

1. From the Circulation menu (see The Circulation Menu for details), select Reserves - Reserves by Pickup Location.
   • The Reserves by Pickup Location screen displays.

• The Reserves by Pickup Location screen shows a listing of all items currently "Reserved for Checkout" for a selected pickup location.
• Each line in the listing includes the Title, Call Number and Author of the associated title; the patron name and Patron Barcode of the patron for whom the item is reserved, the Pickup Location for the item, and the Date on which the item was "Reserved for Checkout."

2. Click a column head to re-sort the list according to the selected sort key.
3. To view reserves for another pickup location, select the desired pickup location from the Filter By menu.

To print the reserves by pickup location list:

• Click the Print button.
  • A standard Print dialog displays.
• Make the desired selections on the Print dialog, then click the OK or Print button, as applicable. (Click the Cancel button to cancel the print request.)
