Database Activity Reports
Database Activity reports can be displayed on-screen upon submission of a report request, or they can be selectively scheduled as recurring reports, with report output provided in Excel format for download to a local workstation. These reports provide current statistical data for your library's patron database, bibliographic database, items database and circulation database.
To access the Database Activity reports menu:
- From the Item Reports section of the Reports Menu screen, select Database
Activity.
- The Database Activity Reports menu displays in an additional browser window.

- To view Database Activity reports on-screen:
- Click the link for the desired report; Patrons, Bibliographic Records, Items or Circulation.
- To schedule one or more Database Activity reports as recurring reports:
- Use the Schedule to run options to select the desired reports (see Scheduling Recurring Reports for more information).
