Unique Management Collection Agency Submission Reports
Unique Management Collection Agency Submission Reports are displayed on-screen upon submission of a report request. These reports provide a listing of patron accounts that have been submitted to Unique Management, Inc. for collection.
To access Unique Management Collection Agency Submission Reports:

From the Item Reports section of the Reports Menu screen, select
Unique Management collection agency submission reports.
- The Unique Management Reports List screen displays in an additional browser window.
Unique Management Reports List Screen
- The screen shows a listing of all system-generated collection reports
submitted to Unique Management, Inc.
- Select the desired number of reports to be displayed per page from the Page Size menu; 10, 20, 30, 50, 70 or 100.
- Use the Ordered by Created Date in __ menu to display the list in Ascending (oldest report first) or Descending (newest report first) order.
- For multiple page lists, use the Prev and Next links to scroll the list one page at a time.
- Each line in the listing provides the following information:
- Library Id: the Libcode of the library for which the report was submitted.
- Report Type: the type of report submitted:
Submission: generated weekly for all patrons newly qualified for submission to Unique Management, Inc.Update: generated daily to report any changes in account status (additional fines/fees, payments) for patron accounts previously submitted to Unique Management, Inc.
Sync: generated quarterly to report a listing of all patrons considered currently referred to Unique Management, Inc.
- Created Date: the date on which the report was generated by the system for submission to Unique Management, Inc.
- Status: the current status of the report
- Click a Library Id link to view the associated report; the screen refreshes to display the Report Detail screen for the selected report. The report type, Library Code of the library for which the report was created, and the Created Date are shown at the top of the report. The following information is provided for each patron included in the report.

Submission Report:
Update Report:
- Name: the name of the patron for whom the report was submitted
- Id: a system-generated identification number associated with the patron
- Address Information: the patron’s Address, City, State and PostalCode.
- Phone: the patron’s primary telephone number
- D.O.B.: the patron’s date of birth
- Patron Category: the patron category with which the patron is affiliated
- Total Due: the total amount of outstanding fines and fees
- Most Recent Unpaid Date: the most recent date on which a currently unpaid fine or fee was assessed
- Home Library: the Home Location with which the patron is affiliated
- BarCode: the patron’s username or barcode
Sync Report:
- Name: the name of the patron for whom the report was submitted
- Id: a system-generated identification number associated with the patron
- Total Due: the total amount of fines and fees due by the patron
- Fines Paid: the total amount of fines paid by the patron since the initial submission report or most recent update report, as appropriate
- Credited: the total amount of fees for materials and/or services forgiven (waived) by the library since the initial submission report or most recent update report, as appropriate
- Fines Waived: the total amount of assessed fines forgiven (waived) by the library since the initial submission report or most recent update report, as appropriate
- New Fines Added: the total amount of new fines or fees assessed by the library since the initial submission report or most recent update report, as appropriate
- Home Library: the Home Location with which the patron is affiliated
- BarCode: the patron’s username or barcode
- Name: the name of the patron for whom the report was submitted
- Id: a system-generated identification number associated with the patron

- Total Due: the total amount of outstanding fines and fees
