Deleting a Custom Report

You can delete any existing custom report.

To delete a single custom report:

  1. On the Report Writer – Custom Reports screen (see Using the Report Writer for details), click the Delete button for the report you wish to delete.

  1. Click the Yes button on the confirmation dialog to delete the report. (Click the No button to close the confirmation dialog and leave the report intact.)
    • The screen refreshes with the selected report removed from the list.
  2. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to delete additional custom reports.

To delete multiple custom reports:

  1. On the Report Writer – Custom Reports screen (see Using the Report Writer for details), use the checkbox associated with each custom report to select the report(s) you wish to delete.
    • A checkmark checkmark indicates the associated report will be deleted.
    • An empty checkbox checkbox indicates the associated report will not be deleted.
    • Clicking a checkbox repeatedly will toggle it on and off.
    • Click the Select All link to select all upload record checkboxes.
    • Click the Deselect All link to deselect all upload record checkboxes.
  2. When all desired reports have been selected for deletion, click the Delete Selected link.
    • A confirmation dialog displays the message “Are you sure you want to delete report selected?”
  3. Click the OK button to complete the deletion. (Click the Cancel button to cancel the deletion and leave the report(s) unchanged.)
    • The screen refreshes with the selected report(s) removed from the list.
