Chapter 2. PATRON REPORTS
Patron Check-Out Listing
Purpose: Provides an alphabetic listing of all patrons with items currently checked out, and lists all items checked out to each patron.
Default Filename:
PATRON_CO_LIST_(date)_(ID number).xls
Patron Check-Out Listing Screen
Report Parameters:
- Patron Category (drop-down menu) – determines which patrons will be
included in the report based on the patron category to which they are assigned;
select All to list all library patrons, or select a category to list
only those
patrons who are assigned to the selected category.
NOTE: The Patron Category menu lists all available patron categories for your library. Patron categories are established by your Library Administrator.
- Limit by Group (drop-down menu) – determines which patrons will be
included in the report based on the patron group with which they are associated;
select All to list all patrons, or select a group to list only those patrons who
are associated with the selected patron group.
NOTE: The Limit by Group menu lists all available patron groups for your library. Patron groups are established by your Library Administrator.
- Order By (drop-down menu) – determines the key by which the report will be sorted; select Patron Category, Patron Group, Patron Barcode or Patron Last Name.

The name of the report and selected transaction type, the RUN DATE, and a summary of report parameters are shown at the top of the report. The Patron Check-Out Listing report provides the following information for each title included in the listing:
Patron Check-Out Listing Report
- The Barcode of the patron to whom the item was checked out
- The last Name, First Name and middle Initial of the patron
- The Patron Category and patron Group to which the patron is assigned
- The patron’s contact information (Phone number and Email address)
- The patron’s mailing address (Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip)
- The Title, Author, Item Call Number and Item Barcode for the item checked out
- The date the item is due for return (Due Date)
- The date on which the item was checked out (Checkout Date)
- The library Location and Collection for the item
