Publication Date Summary Report
Purpose: When selected, generates a listing of publication dates for which one or more bibliographic records exist in the database.
Default Filename:
PubDateSummary_(date)_(ID number).XLSX
Report Parameters:
Parameters for the content of the Publication Date Summary Report are system defined and are not configurable by the user.
To view the Publication Date Summary Report:

The name of the report, the run date, and the library for which the report was generated are shown at the top of the report. The Publication Date Summary Report provides the following information for each entry included in the listing:
Publication Date Summary Report
- The Publication Date of the associated bibliographic record
- The number of bibliographic records associated with the publication date and the MARC Tag from which the data was taken (260 $c, 264 $c)
- The number of item records associated with the bibliographic record(s) (Item Count).
