Full Record Displays
The Search module provides three types of record displays; Continuous Brief Browse (CBB), Brief Record and Full Record.
A Full Record Display is displayed by clicking a Brief Record link from a search results display. The Full Record Display provides comprehensive bibliographic data for the associated title. The Full Record Display can be viewed in Labeled Format or MARC Format (if enabled for your library).- Labeled Format: Displays bibliographic information in a single column with Display Labels for each field appearing in bold text.
Full Record Display – Labeled Format
- MARC Format: Displays bibliographic information with both standard and locally-defined tags, indicators and subfields according to MARC 21 specifications.
Full Record Display – MARC Format
NOTE: Display profile settings do not affect the Full Record MARC Display. The MARC Format display shows the complete MARC record, with tags listed in numeric order.
