Configuring the Brief Record Display Profile
The Brief Record Display Profile option lets you configure the content of entries shown on Continuous Brief Browse Lists and Title lists in the Search module.
NOTE: Brief Record content will also vary depending on the currently selected Group By option for the Brief Browse List (see the RESEARCHit Search User Guide or VERSO Search User Guide for more information).
To modify the Brief Record Display Profile:

the Search and Results Options menu, select Brief Record Display Profile.
- The Brief Record Display Profile page displays.
Brief Record Display Profile Menu
- The Brief Record Display Profile page shows all tags currently included in the brief record display profile, listed in the order in which they are displayed.
NOTE: When viewing Brief Browse Lists in “List” format with the Group By option for the Brief Browse List set to None, brief records will also include the ISBN or ISSN for the associated titles (when available) following all tags defined for the Brief Record Display Profile.
