Creating the “Zero Results” Message

The Zero Results function lets you customize the message that is displayed in the event a given search returns no results.

To specify the “zero results” message:

  1. From the Search and Results Options menu, select Zero Results.
    • The Zero Results Message page displays.

  1. Enter the message to be displayed for searches that return no results in the Enter page text text box.
    • If desired, use the formatting toolbar to format the message text (see Using the Formatting Toolbar for details).
    • If your “zero results” message will include a URL, be sure to include http:// or https://, as appropriate.
  2. When all desired changes have been made, click the Save Changes button to save your changes.
    • A “Results Updated” message shows briefly at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Back button Back Button, as needed, to return to the Settings menu.
  4. Click the X button to close the Settings menu.
