Viewing the Authority Heading Report
You can view report results on screen, print the report, or download the report for offline viewing using Microsoft Excel (or other suitable application) (see Saving the Authority Heading Report for details).
To view report results:
Authority Heading Usage Report Results Screen
- Parameters specified during report setup (Dates, MARC Tags, authority heading Source) are shown at the top of the screen.
- Report results are presented as a multi-page display. The report provides
the following information for each entry:
- The authority Heading
- The Source of the Heading
- The Date on which the bibliographic record was added to the catalog
- The MARC Tag containing the Heading
- The Auto-Graphics Control Number (A-G Bib Control ID) for the bibliographic record containing the Heading
- The Title on the bibliographic record (taken from MARC Tag 245)
- The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for the title
- Use the Previous and Next links to view other pages of the report.
To print the report:
- Click the Format to Print button.
- The screen refreshes to display a formatted version of report results.
- Click the Print button.
- A Print dialog displays.
- Use the standard procedures for your web browser to print the report.
