Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Item Activity Report
The Item Activity report is divided into three sections; REGULAR BIB ITEMS, BRIEF BIB ITEMS (for brief bibliographic records added through the Circulation module), INTER LIBRARY LOAN BIB ITEMS (for bibliographic records added through the optional Circ-ILL module) and ACQUISITIONS BIB ITEMS (for brief bibliographic records added through the Acquisitions module). Each section is comprised of six fields, which provide the following information:
- "All Libraries" Report: Each of the three sections is subdivided by the Library ID for each library included in the report, with statistics shown for each library and Home Location from which items were circulated.

- "Single Library" Report: Each of the three sections shows statistics for each Home Location from which items were circulated for the selected single library.

Subtotals are shown for each section. GRAND TOTALS are shown at the end of the report.
- Material Type - Lists the material types for which statistics are shown.
- Added - Lists the total number of item records added to your librarys database for each material type, and the combined number of item records added for all material types.
- Edited - Lists the total number of item records edited for each material type, and the combined number of item records edited for all material types.
- Deleted - Lists the total number of item records deleted for each material type, and the combined number of item records deleted for all material types.
- Total - Lists the combined number of added, edited and deleted item records for each material type, and the total number of added, edited and deleted item records for all material types.
