Each Full Record Display includes a book jacket illustration and complete bibliographic information for the associated title.
The Full Record Display is configured as a “two-pane” display.
The left pane shows the author, title, format and location for the title; a "Media Type" icon (see Media Type Icons for details) that indicates the media in which the title is available, a book jacket illustration, the Availability of the title (the number of copies currently available and the total number of copies owned by the library), and the (#) Holds in Queue (the number of reserves currently placed against the title).
NOTE: For library staff ONLY: The (#) Hold(s) in Queue indication serves as a link to the View Reserves screen for the title, allowing staff to place multiple reserves against the title (see the Circulation User Guide for more information).
- A Place Hold button and Full Record functions menu are also shown at the bottom of the pane.
