Chapter 5. PATRON INTERLIBRARY LOAN
ILL Request Tracking
If you access the system as an authenticated patron, you can check the status of your ILL request(s) using the Items from Other Libraries function available through Your Account. You must be logged into the system to access Your Account.
If you access the system as a guest, you can check the status of your ILL request(s) using the Guest ILL Tracking function (see Guest ILL Tracking for details).
To access Items from Other Libraries:
- Click the Your Account link at the top of any Search screen.
- The Your Account menu displays.
- Select Your Transactions – Items from Other Libraries from the
Your Account menu (see
Using Your Account
for details).
- The Items from Other Libraries screen displays.
- The screen shows the status of all ILL requests submitted by your account.
