Chapter 4. VIEWING SEARCH RESULTS
Viewing Location Information
Full Record Displays accessed from Auto-Graphics' databases or from other “trading partner” libraries include Location Information (a list of libraries that have a copy of the title) in the Where To Find section.
Location Information List
To view Location information:
- The Where To Find section shows all libraries holding a copy of the title. Your library (the library under which you logged in) is listed first, under the heading My Library, followed by all other libraries holding a copy of the title.
- Each entry in the list shows the library name (Institution),
whether or not the library is an ILL Lender, and provides additional
information for the holding, such as the Call Number for the item, and
may include a Check Shelf Status link for checking the availability of
the item (see
Viewing Shelf Status for details).
NOTE: The ILL Lender field is shown for patrons and guests only when the Display [ILL Lender] to Patrons/Guests option in the library’s Participant Record is set to Yes (see the ILL Administration User Guide for more information).

Click an Institution name in the Location information list to view ILL Participant Information for the associated library (see Viewing ILL Participant Information for details).
