Library Profiles Maintenance
Library Profiles Maintenance lets you create a record of necessary reference information for each branch of your library. You must add at least one billing address (see Billing Address for details) before creating Library Profiles, or the Library Profiles will not save to the database when submitted.
To access Library Profiles Maintenance:
- From the Acquisitions menu, select File Maintenance - Library
Profiles Maintenance.
- The Library Profile screen displays.
- The screen lists all library branches for which profiles have been defined.
- You can add a profile for a new branch or edit the profile for an existing branch (see Adding or Editing a Library Profile for details).
