Chapter 4. SELECTION LISTS
Selection Lists - Overview
The Selection Lists function lets you create lists of titles that can be referenced during ordering. Selection Lists can be shared by multiple users, or can be configured for access by the list creator only.
To access Selection Lists:

From
the Acquisitions menu, choose Selection Lists.
- The Selection List Setup screen displays. The screen shows a listing of all currently active Selection Lists.
- Each line in the list shows the List Name and list Creator, the Date Created and Date Last Used, current List Status (Building, Locked, Processed, Marked for Deletion), the Expire Date and # of Titles in the list.
- From the Selection List Setup screen, you may choose to:
- Create a new Selection List, or edit an existing Selection List (see Creating and Editing Selection Lists for details)
- Manage titles for an existing Selection List (see Adding Titles to a Selection List and Editing, Copying and Deleting Titles for details)
- Delete an existing Selection List (see Deleting Selection Lists for details)
