Chapter 6. WORKING WITH RESERVES
Viewing Patrons with Expired Reserves
You can view a listing of all patrons with expired reserves.
To view the expired reserves list:

From the Circulation menu (see
The Circulation Menu for details),
select Reserves - View Patrons with Expired Reserves.
- The View Expired Reserves screen displays. The screen shows a listing of all expired reserves.
- Each line in the listing shows the Title, Call Number, and Author of the reserved item, the date the reserve Expired on, and the Patron Name and Patron Barcode of the patron holding the reserve.
- If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter list content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
- If you wish to delete expired reserves for a given patron, click a Patron Barcode link to open the Patron Checkout, Status & Reserves screen for the patron (see Deleting “Soft” Reserves for details).
